Send your photo
After checkout, we email you to collect one clear photo of your pet and check that it's suitable before we start.

Approve your proof
We send a private proof within 2 working days of receiving your photo. Printing begins only after you approve.

How is my portrait created?
We use specialist image tools guided by human art direction. Every portrait is individually reviewed for expression, markings, composition and likeness before your private proof is sent to you.
How do I send my photo?
After checkout, we email you to collect your photo. Simply reply with one clear photo of your pet. If it isn't suitable, we'll help you choose another before we start, and if none works we'll refund you in full.
Can I include more than one pet?
Each portrait features one pet, so we can give their likeness and composition our full attention.
When is the artwork printed?
Only after you approve your private digital proof.
Can I see the portrait before printing?
Yes. We send a secure digital proof and production cannot progress without your approval.
Can I request a change?
One short, focused adjustment is included, such as warming the background or correcting a visible identity detail.
