Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). Some remote areas, such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, may take one or two extra days. We do not currently ship outside the UK.

Delivery cost

Tracked UK delivery is free and included in the price of every portrait.

How long it takes

  1. Your proof: we send your private digital proof within 2 working days of your order.
  2. Production: once you approve your proof, your portrait is printed, framed and packed within 3–5 working days.
  3. Delivery: your portrait is sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, which usually arrives within 2–3 working days.

Most customers receive their portrait 6–10 working days after approving their proof. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Christmas

To receive your portrait before Christmas, please order by 8 December and approve your proof by 10 December.

Tracking

When your portrait is dispatched, we email you a tracking link.

Address accuracy

Please check your address at checkout and contact us at contact@animelier.com straight away if it is wrong. We may not be able to change it once your portrait has been dispatched.

Delays or lost parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at contact@animelier.com and we will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Damage

If your portrait arrives damaged, keep the packaging and contact us promptly with clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. See the Damage & Replacement Policy.
